“greek signs” is a book project aiming to reinterpret Greek Mythology. We redesign visual images and presentation of this classic subject matter. I designed this book’s experimental display typeface, called greek theater. The book layout showcases Greek tales of ancient constellations in the manner of Greek Play so that readers would have theatrical experiences throughout the book.

greek theater: a display typeface designed for the book. Since the ancient Greek letters have geometric and minimal strokes, this typeface shares the same gene but also has contemporary contrast in its design.
Book Black Mock Up: we crafted two design versions, black spreads with a white cover and white spread with a black cover.
